The last daily weighing for the Lollypops last night - after 4 weeks it's now going to be weekly. They are now, like Romulus and Remus, suckling in an (almost) upright position. Lollypop has gone from lying flat out (the first 2 weeks) to sitting "slumped" (next 2 weeks) to standing.

So these are the Lollypops at 8 weeksThese puppies are really incredibly homogenous - I have the utmost difficulty in knowing who's who.
Curiously Lolly's first litter of five in 2015, also with Chatterbox, gave a more varied type of head. It was very easy to tell which was which almost from the start.
Not the first time I've found some interesting food for thought with breeding !

Wearing a Napoleon hat in Ajaccio at the museum. How is that for Imperial role playing? He was brilliant and his royalty certainly shined.

When Nelson is at home especially during summer hot weather, he presents himself in the shower and awaits till we let him take advantage of the cool water...a very clever boy.

2 1/2 Years - Nice Try of T.W. in Germany (one of the sweet Weeds and so Lollypop's son) took First place in the Open class at the German Retriever Club Show.
