How wonderful to think that this girl is Charlie's with semen collected in June 1997 ! That went off to Oregon.
Sat there for 20 years and then came back to Europe to Germany. And was inseminated into Jewel on May 25th.

Tiffany is clear for the six genetic diseases tested and her hip & elbow X-rays (looking good) have gone to the B.V.A. in London.

The B.V.A. results for Tiffany (Over My Dead Body of T.W.). What an incredible sixteen months of effort, expense, hope, disappointment, excitement and pleasure . . . . from when Jewel was inseminated in Germany with Charlie's semen in May last year to today when every hurdle has been passed, all six DNA health tests are perfectly clear (not even a carrier) and hips and elbows O.K. too, they're the last hurdle that can end up negating all your efforts.

Tiffany, in Open Bitch, took first place, I love that soft-hearted little treasure (Charlie Chalk's singleton daughter) and she showed and moved beautifully.

The semen was taken from her father in January 2001 when Charlie was in his tenth year. Her mother, Jewel was inseminated in May and produced this one little girl. I wanted a boy but I couldn't be happier with this little treasure who never puts a paw wrong.
Not only do I love her conformation but she has the coolest, sweetest temperament imaginable. A proper little Lab.
She is 100% clear for all six genetic DNA tests which have been done on her.

HAPPY THREE MONTHS TO TIFFANY.
Visit to the Vet and a big hug from Cécile, the Assistant who was there for her birth on July 23rd and who loves her.
You couldn't be more cool and at ease than Tiffy was - as though she knew it was her Maternity Clinic.
13,5 kilos. In very good condition. Still a spoilt brat. Now she's fully vaccinated I must get her out and about so that her first show, in just 17 days, is not going to be a total shock for her. And a disaster too. It probably will be as she puts no effort into learning to stand correctly or trot on a leash. Couldn't care less.
I'm the one who's going to look very silly !

TIFFANY (officially "Over My Dead Body of Tintagel Winds") this afternoon at just 32 days' old.
I'm looking forward to seeing what she will become, physically and on every other level. For now she's totally clear for all the 6 DNA tests I've had done. She's calm, bright, affectionate, curious, greedy and entirely Lab.

In 1993 her father, Charlie, entered the ring in Lille in Open Dog for the first time at 15 months' old. He went BOB, BIG, BEST IN SHOW over 6,500 dogs. This was his trophy.🍾❤️👏
What more fitting place for his daughter to take a little nap !

Tiffany had a very bad morning (dixit the princess) - first separated from mother and friends for 1 1/2 hours, lying lonely and forsaken in the sterilized whelping box. Then she had her cheek swabs taken which was absolutely not to her liking and she showed her feisty nature as she tried to spit the swabs out and wriggled like a demented worm in my hands. Swabs off to DDC in the U.S.A. this afternoon.

Miss Tiffany, or should I say Princess Tiffany, exactly ONE WEEK old. Pretty fat little piggy. Love her back end/bum/hind quarters/arse - or whatever you call the nether region - from the second the vet dragged it out of her mother. Still love it ! And the tail too.

She enjoys the company of various little black friends who join her at the milk bar. Rotation.

Here is a gorgeous little girl 😍 feeling mighty lonely all by herself in the whelping box and will have to have some little black friends from Missy's whelping box to help her socialise and above all to help bring in Jewel's milk.
